We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Volunteer & Organization Responsibility

EasyVolunteer is not responsible for:

• Conduct of volunteers or organizations
• Accuracy of posted opportunities
• Outcomes of volunteer activities

Users interact at their own discretion and risk.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Provide false information
• Harass or discriminate against others
• Attempt to disrupt or hack the platform
• Upload harmful or illegal content

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, branding, and software belong to EasyVolunteer.

Users retain ownership of their profile content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is".

EasyVolunteer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of New Brunswick.
